Clearhitch is a product of Stern Anchor LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect through this website and how we use it. Clearhitch is in early development; this site's only function today is to collect expressions of interest in early access.
When you submit the early-access form, we collect the information you provide: your name, company name, email address, phone number (optional), number of brokers on staff, and any description of your current challenges. We may also collect basic, anonymized analytics about how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate region, device type).
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except service providers that help us operate (for example, email delivery), and only as needed.
We keep your submission for as long as needed to evaluate and launch Clearhitch, or until you ask us to delete it.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing tenfour@clearhitch.com. You can opt out of future emails using the unsubscribe link or by replying to any message.
This site uses SSL encryption. We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
